Only Me is a reflection on self-perception. The work originates from a childhood belief that the world revolved around me, later dismantled by personal experiences and the complexities of human relationships. In response, I began creating tent-like spaces—intimate zones to isolate chaos and contain emotion.

When language became insufficient, I turned to physical movement. The gestures in the work may represent escape, resistance, or simply an unconscious emotional discharge. I am not assigning them clear meaning, but rather embracing their ambiguity.

Red dominates the visual language of this piece. It represents desire, pain, and an ongoing state of inner combustion. It is both fervent and wounding—a convergence of everything I’ve felt.
